Ghaziabad Owing To Its Closeness To Metro-City Delhi, Will Always Have To Go Through Comparisons

What does it feel like to be in a city that lies on the outskirts of a metropolitan city? It’s almost like being on the edge, like living life at the edge. You are in a state where you are equidistant from two things- one that is you are within reach of everything that calls itself a modern setup while the other is that you are as far from the hustle bustle of the main city as much it concerns you. Let’s talk about this small place called Ghaziabad which is on the outskirt of Delhi, the capital city of India.

Ghaziabad is equally modern and backward in each respect. Go to a hotel or Restaurant in Ghaziabad and you would know the exact difference between the services in both the places. Difficult to describe but a hotel in Ghaziabad owing to its proximity to Delhi will have flavours of the metro city.

You have a few grand hotels but not many. The ones that are good are really good while others are just moderate. A good Hotel in Ghaziabad would not be difficult to find. It’s just that you have many choices. Same applies for eating joints. A good Restaurant in Ghaziabad will serve you good and delicious food but will have a touch of Delhi. Living in a place that has such a location, you can’t help but compare it with the metro-city, having both advantages and disadvantages to it. On one hand when it has all the peace in the world, on the other it has a taunting presence of a more-advanced sibling.
